All hair is non returnable due to Federal laws regarding health and sanitation. No returns or exchanges. If you notice your product is defective, please contact us within 3 business days. If your item is defective, we will allow an exchange. We will not for any reason at all exchange the item if it shows any sign of being worn. For hair, it can not be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle, tried on, or processed in any way. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for shipping, and shipping must have a tracking number that must be emailed to us in order for your return to be processed. We require a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our company. If you return an item without a tracking number and it ends up missing, we can not be responsible. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing returns. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.

Our standard shipping will take 5-7 business days to deliver on the east coast and 6-10 business days to deliver on the west coast. We offer an express service. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, UPS, FED-X, or any other carrier during natural disaster delays or delays due to holidays. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order in the mail. In such cases where you'd need your product immediately, we offer express shipping, but orders must be placed before 12:00 CST in order for us to ship it same day.
